In this course participants reach beyond technical expertise to develop critical managerial skills to further their firm’s success. Participants learn results oriented leadership skills to better manage multiple engagements and teams. Through a series of individual and group activities, participants explore ways to be more effective in improving engagement performance. Participants will leave with specific individual professional development goals that may be integrated with their firm’s performance management model. Course also includes presentation skills, business development, and career success strategies.
