Seminar Dates:
Level 1: Basic Staff — September 13-16
Level 2: Experienced Staff — November 9-11
Level 3: Beginning In-Charge — November 16-18
Level 4: Experienced In-Charge — December 7-9
Level 5: Management Skills — n/a

Seminar Timing:
Classes begin at 8:30am, and end no later than 5:30pm, except for the last day of class, when the program will end at 3pm.

Meals:
Tuition includes both lunch and snacks.

Dress Code:
Dress is business casual.

There is no advanced preparation. However, participants should plan on bringing the following items with them to class:

- Level 5: Laptop is optional
