Garth Sheriff, CPA/CA is a Consultant/Trainer at AuditWatch, Inc., the nations leading training and consulting firm specializing in efficient and value-added auditing. He specializes in teaching AuditWatch University training seminars.

Garth previously served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP serving both private and public sector clients where he specialized in financial services companies. He also taught numerous local and national seminars for D&T. Immediately prior to joining AuditWatch, Garth worked as an Associate Director of Professional Development for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (Canada). Currently, Garth is an adjunct accounting professor at the University of Waterloo (Canada).

Garth is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Garth is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario where he holds a professional designation of Chartered Accountant (CA). He received a Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo.

Garth currently resides in Toronto, Canada. When not working Garth is involved in theatre and film acting endeavors and also enjoys playing and watching sports of all kinds, specifically basketball, beach volleyball and ultimate frisbee. Garth is also very much looking forward to the birth of our first child in April 2009.
